Purpose, Governance and Impact: Pro Bono Board Leadership.
Pro bono Non-Executive Director roles offer a meaningful way to contribute your experience, judgement and network to organizations working for societal impact. These roles can be highly rewarding, but they also come with real governance challenges, complex stakeholder dynamics and high expectations of board members.
This symposium will explore what it takes to be effective in a pro bono board role, with perspectives from social investors, INSEAD faculty and experienced board members.
